Place you hand around you dog muzzle. Give a low growl while lightly holding your dog muzzle shut. This is what a more dominant dog does to get respect.
Maybe you do not have the time to keep repeating any of these routines, or just not able to be around to enforce them. This perhaps would be the time to acquaint your pet to a dog barking control device.
